NIRELLO provides AI-powered video enhancement services that upscale, sharpen, and improve video quality. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

You retain full ownership of all videos you upload. By uploading content, you grant NIRELLO a limited, non-exclusive license to process your videos solely for the purpose of providing the enhancement service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. See our Refund Policy for details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NIRELLO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
The NIRELLO platform, including its AI models, interface, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws, with proceedings conducted in English.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
